Most player ratings only count damage. VoidScout scores the whole job.
A free tool for raid leaders and Mythic+ key holders deciding who to invite — in-game on the group finder, and here on the web for any character.
VoidScout started with a frustration. Its developer plays a Death Knight in raids — and a Death Knight interrupts a lot. Every kick is a global cooldown not spent on damage, so the damage meters and player ratings everyone checks quietly mark you down for doing your job. The player who kicks the cast that would have wiped the raid can end up looking worse than the one who ignored it.
That's backwards. VoidScout scores the whole job — the kicks, the dispels, the soaks, staying alive — weighed against what each fight actually asked of you. Doing the mechanics raises your score instead of costing you. And when you're the one inviting, you finally see who really carries their weight, not just who pads the meter.
Eight things that decide whether a run goes well — graded only where a player could and should have acted. Damage is one of the eight, not the whole score.
Real output: damage for DPS, healing for healers.
Kicks on the casts that actually matter — not random trash.
Cleansing the debuffs a fight demands.
How much avoidable damage they take.
How consistently they keep casting.
Whether they're still alive at the end.
Soaks, rescues and the group mechanics a boss requires.
Whether they finish what they start instead of leaving early.
VoidScout is built and maintained by JB-AI Productions, an independent developer who plays the game. It's part of the Void addon family, alongside VoidCheatSheet, VoidBags, VoidAH, VoidCalendar, VoidPug and VoidRaidTools.
